About This Gathering
Add a little pep to your schlep! Make a fabulous tote bag while exploring beginner sewing skills in this hands-on workshop! Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through the whole process from cutting fabric, to using a sewing machine, to basic construction, and more.

Age: 14+ (with adult accompaniment)
This class is great for beginners or those who want to continue expanding their sewing project repertoire. In this class, we will cover:
Practice using a sewing machine
Quick and safe cutting with a rotary cutter
Basic construction
How to box corners
How to put in a lining
All the fabric and supplies are provided. We will be using the Ace Janome sewing machines, so no need to bring your own.
